Bank of Jamaica (the Bank) advises that MoneyGram services have been restored in Jamaica as the global network outage which resulted in disruption of services has been addressed. As a result, customers may visit remittance companies (Primary Agents) that offer MoneyGram services in Jamaica to send remittances abroad or collect remittance proceeds.
